Built by two people who'd been on both sides of the deal.
Onora Capital started from a simple observation: cross-border real-estate transactions in Europe are dominated by intermediaries that add cost without adding signal. Buyers don't know who has been screened. Developers don't know who is qualified. Everyone pays for the noise.
Koen and Tristan had each spent a decade closing transactions on either side of that gap — Koen in operations and platform work, Tristan in capital introductions. They built Onora as the platform they'd wished existed: every developer screened against a fixed checklist, every investor pre-verified, and pricing that doesn't depend on the deal closing.
Two founders. One focus.
Onora Capital was founded by Koen Buijze and Tristan Terlouw, two professionals with backgrounds in real estate, financial markets and relationship management.
Koen Buijze
Co-Founder & Head of Operations and Marketing
Koen is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the platform and the positioning of Onora Capital in the market. He focuses on platform quality, project selection and the overall experience for all parties involved.
Tristan Terlouw
Co-Founder & Head of Investor Relations
Tristan is responsible for investor relationships and building the network of qualified parties. He guides investors through the introduction process and ensures careful matching.
Listing fees. No success fee. Always free for investors.
Onora's business model is intentionally simple. Developers pay a one-time listing fee at publication — that's it. No commission on closed deals, no agency retainer, no spend on leads that don't qualify. Investors use the platform free of charge.
We don't share in transaction outcomes. Onora is not a broker, not an agent, and never the counterparty. We connect screened buyers with screened sellers — what happens after the introduction is a matter between them.
Onora is a platform, not an adviser.
We do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. We do not verify or endorse any developer's financial projections. We do not negotiate, conclude or execute any transaction. Every investor must conduct their own independent due diligence and seek their own qualified advisers. Onora connects parties; it does not represent them.
