Onora Capital is a private introduction platform for international real estate. We curate listings from screened sellers — sellers, agencies, private owners — and connect them to well-prepared buyers worldwide. We do not represent either side, do not advise, and are not a brokerage.
Our model
Listing fees. No success fee. Always free for buyers.
Onora's business model is intentionally simple. Sellers pay a one-time listing fee at publication — that's it. No commission on closed deals, no agency retainer, no spend on leads that don't qualify. Buyers use the platform free of charge.
We don't share in transaction outcomes. Onora is not a broker, not an agent, and never the counterparty. We connect screened buyers with screened sellers — what happens after the introduction is a matter between them.

We do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. We do not verify or endorse any seller's financial projections. We do not negotiate, conclude or execute any transaction. Every investor must conduct their own independent due diligence and seek their own qualified advisers. Onora connects parties; it does not represent them.
