From registration to introduction
Onora Capital is not an open marketplace. Every project and every investor goes through careful screening. Only when there is a genuine match is an introduction arranged — personally and under NDA.
Five steps. Two sides.
The introduction process runs in parallel for investors and developers. Both parties are screened independently before a match is made.
Registration
Investors and developers register separately. Developers submit a project with full documentation. Investors complete their profile with preferences and background.
Screening
Our team reviews each profile and each project independently. We verify identity, background and the quality of submitted information. Not everything is approved.
Documentation score
Approved projects receive an indicative documentation score (0–100) based on completeness and quality. This is not investment advice and not a guarantee of returns.
Matching
When there is a match between an investor's profile and an approved project, our team proposes an introduction. Both parties are informed separately.
Introduction under NDA
The formal introduction takes place after signing an NDA. Onora Capital is not involved in subsequent negotiations or transactions.
Selectivity is our product
The value of the network depends on the quality of its participants. That is why we screen both sides strictly.
Investors
We verify wealth, investment experience and serious intent. Registration does not automatically grant access. Our team reviews every profile personally before access is granted.
- Identity verification
- Wealth indication
- Investment profile & preferences
- Manual approval by our team
Projects
Every submitted project goes through a documentation screening. We assess quality, completeness and market context. Insufficiently documented projects are not published.
- Project documentation review
- Indicative documentation score (0–100)
- Market and developer assessment
- Publication only after approval
Introduction under NDA
Onora Capital introduces parties only after mutual consent and signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Sensitive project information is only shared once this has been formally established.
After the introduction, investors and developers are free to negotiate independently. Onora Capital is not involved in further negotiations, documentation or financial settlement.
