A platform, not an adviser
Onora Capital B.V. operates an online platform that publishes listings and forwards introduction requests between buyers and sellers. We are not a real-estate broker, financial adviser, tax adviser or legal adviser, and nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
We do not verify seller-provided figures
All listing information — including prices, gross or net yields, monthly cashflow, occupancy, costs and any return projection — is provided by the seller or their agent. Onora does not independently verify, endorse or guarantee any of these figures. Numeric figures are attributed to the party that supplied them.
Due diligence is the buyer’s responsibility
All due diligence, valuation, financing and financial decisions remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. Every buyer must conduct their own independent investigation and engage their own qualified advisers before entering into any transaction.
No liability for financial loss
Onora is not a party to any negotiation, agreement or transaction that may arise between a buyer and a seller. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onora accepts no liability for financial losses, errors, omissions or inaccuracies arising from information published on, or introductions made through, the platform.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the use of the platform are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the District Court of The Hague (Rechtbank Den Haag), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
